All Pre-need Packages include a $20 (single) or $15 each (couple) Membership Fee. Our Authorization forms require an actual notarized signature as electronic signatures are not accepted at this time by various City/County/State authorities. Forms can be completed by coming into one of our 10 office locations or printing and returning the signed, notarized forms via scan/email or fax. All packages include a discounted Society urn and is not available with when making arrangements in person. It is our incentive to you for completing your arrangements on-line.
To report a passing, please call us first at 800-622-8358.
Completing the online arrangements will not report the death to us.

A simple cremation, including taking custody of the deceased from the place of passing**, holding the deceased in our care, professional services of the funeral director and staff, filing all the necessary paperwork (cost of State required permits and certified death certificates extra), state approved cremation container, the Society urn, and the crematory fee. The package price is $2,050.00*.

Peace of Mind Cremation Package
A witnessing of the simple cremation which includes taking custody of the deceased from the place of passing**, holding the deceased in our care (no preparation is done to deceased), professional services of the funeral director and staff, filing all the necessary paperwork (cost of State required permits and certified death certificates extra), state approved cremation container suitable for witnessing, the family being present to witness the cremation container going into the crematory (Homewood, Rockford or Romeoville facilities only), the Society urn, and the crematory fee. The package price is $2,445.00*.

Family Farewell Package

Family Farewell Package
A simple cremation with a private family viewing, which includes taking custody of the deceased from the place of passing**, holding the deceased in our care, professional services of the funeral director and staff, filing all the necessary paperwork (cost of State required permits and certified death certificates extra). The deceased is embalmed, cleansed and dressed, viewing would be at our Homewood, Romeoville, Rockford, or Olson location for a period of one hour. Also included are the Gray Flannel cremation/viewing container, the Society urn, and the crematory fee. The package price is $3,535.00*.
